Abstract

This study aims to present the manifestations of Homonationalism Femonationalism and Reactionary Feminisms in the context of power relations highlighting their instrumentalization of discourse and Law to reinforce conservative exclusionary and racialized agendas Using a qualitative approach the research employs thematic analysis based on a narrative bibliographic review having as main theoretical references the works of Jasbir Puar Sara Farris and Sophie Lewis who theorize the aforementioned categories The results reveal that these movements act through a logic that constructs and reinforces the figure of the other as a threat using binary discourses of oppressor versus victim they promote the normalization of identities that consolidate hierarchies of power In addition such strategies demonstrate a coordinated action in the construction of narratives that justify symbolic and material violence against vulnerable groups under the guise of defending traditional values and rights
